Mr. O’Neal is an associate in the firm. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History Degree from Furman University, his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Mr. O’Neal was Senior Articles Editor of theABA Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal, a member of the Moot Court Bar, and recipient of the American Jurisprudence Awards in Corporate Taxation and Limited Liability Company Planning at the University of South Carolina School of Law. He was a Graduate Editor for the Florida Tax Review, and recipient of the Richard B. Stephens Scholarship in Graduate Tax at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
