
Michelle focuses her practice on complex estate planning and business strategy. In the area of tax, her experience includes handling matters involving issues of portability, the Generation Skipping Tax, and special needs trusts. On the corporate side of her practice, Michelle advises clients on a range of business issues including formation of entities, business succession planning, business sales and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.
Outside of the office, Michelle and her husband, Tyler, enjoy spending time outdoors with their daughter, Claire
