
Thomas practices in the areas of taxation, business formations, partnership, limited liability company and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements, non-profit and tax-exempt organizations, and complex estate planning, probate and trust law. Thomas and his wife, Jenna, have three children. He is a member of the St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral. In his spare time he enjoys coaching basketball and watching his sons play soccer.
